Greenlight Personal Training is a private semi-private training studio in Mesa, Arizona built for busy adults who want real results without living in the gym. Our signature method is SMRT (Smart Measurable Resistance Training): coach-led, structured strength training designed to be safe, measurable, and incredibly time-efficient.

Sessions are just 30 minutes with no more than 3 people at a time, so every client gets personal coaching, guidance, and accountability. With only 60–90 minutes per week, clients build strength, lose body fat, gain energy, and rebuild confidence through a plan that fits real life.
