About This Program

SMRT (Smart Measurable Resistance Training) is our signature training method—designed to be safe, measurable, and incredibly time-efficient.

Most people waste time in the gym: unclear plans, too much rest, too much randomness, and inconsistent effort. Greenlight flips that.

Every 30-minute session is coach-led with no more than 3 people, so you get personal attention, proper form guidance, and accountability without the awkwardness or price tag of 1-on-1 training. We track your progress, guide your effort, and adjust your program as you improve.

This is structured training with measured progress. If you can give us 60–90 minutes a week (just 2–3 sessions), we'll help you build strength, drop body fat, and feel confident again—with a plan that fits your real life.
